SHIPPING COSTS:
WE DO NOT UP CHARGE FOR SHIPPING SERVICES, THE AMOUNT WE CHARGE YOU IS THE AMOUNT WE ARE CHARGED, OR LESS.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. WE CAN NOT OFFER REFUNDS DUE TO SLOW OR MISSING SHIPMENTS. IF A SHIPMENT IS RETURNED TO US BY THE POST OFFICE WE WILL REFUND THE ORDER AMOUNT MINUS THE SHIPPING COSTS.
 

PACKAGE TRACKING:
WE ONLY HAVE ACCESS TO THE SAME INFORMATION THAT WE PROVIDE TO YOU. SOME COUNTRIES DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE TRACKING INFORMATION SHARING PROGRAMS AND AS SUCH TRACKING MAY NOT BE  AVAILABLE.

DELIVERY TIME:
CURRENT DELIVERY TIME SEEMS TO BE ABOUT 3 WEEKS FOR MOST INTL ORDERS. THIS IS ONLY AN ESTIMATE.

 

Shipping charges do not include VAT, customs or duty charges unless specifically stated.

FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL:

International shipping times vary greatly based on destination country. We aim to ship all orders within 2 business days and most shipments arrive at the destination country within approximately 10 days. Once arrived in your country it depends on how long it takes the customs service to process the package and for your local postal service to make the final delivery. The average delivery time is about 15 business days.

Failed deliveries due to incomplete/inaccurate addresses, non-payment of duty/customs or VAT charges, or failure to retrieve packages from the post office will result in a 15% surcharge deduction of your refund.
